In order to further improve and consolidate our quality objectives, Milano Metropoli Development Agency undertakes to:

• Use a UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 quality system
• Constantly strive for improvement, heightening awareness of quality as a shared goal and organizing the company so as to generate efficiency and efficacy
• Develop professional skills through on-going training for our human resources
• Plan and implement projects in line with the quality manual, taking our partners’ needs into due account
• Manage projects in line with the quality manual, monitoring work in progress, taking into account the procedures, the specific aims of the project, Milano Metropoli Development Agency’s general goals and the requirements stipulated by the authorities (EU, Regione Lombardia, Provincia di Milano,...)
• Pursue our business according to the organizational and management model established in Legislative Decree 231/2001
• Observe the requirements stipulated by Questio System - Regione Lombardia.
