LIB provides firms and free-lance professionals with a wide range of private facilities plus a series of free common areas accessible on request.
Access to the premises is guaranteed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Private spaces

  • Office units
    Firms can choose from a range of different sized wired and air-conditioned office units, according to their needs. Such units may include 4, 5, 6, 8 or 10 workstations.
    The basic, highly flexible, unit (with or without dividing walls), consists of properly finished walls and floors, curtains or sun blinds, lighting, power points and telephone.
  • Workstations
    Free lancers can use independent workstations complete with telephone, fax and reception service, accessible at minimum costs for short or long periods.

Common spaces: for meetings, conferences or training purposes

  • Business meeting rooms with seating for up to 12 people, located on each floor.
  • A comfortable conference room with seating for up to 60 people, located on the ground floor and equipped with video projector, overhead projector, pc with Internet link, DVD, VHS, microphones and videoconferencing system.
  • IT rooms
    At standard rates, users can have access to the Proxima Centre, located inside LIB, which consists of three fully equipped rooms for training courses and IT product presentations.
