Sustain young talents in the creation of new innovative enterprises, able to create added value and employment: it's a urgent and global challenge, to overcome the present crisis and start a new development phase, which partners form seven Central EU countries (Italy, Germany, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland and Slovenia) are trying to face, building together, in a transnational cooperation mindset, a network of "excellent" services to support young innovators and new entrepreneurs.

This is the goal of InoPlaCe, financed by the Central Europe EU programme. Milano Development agency, the Italian partner of the project, has foreseen the creation of a "virtual lab" to involve in this best practices "selection" the recipients of the services, young innovators and would be entrepreneurs.

With the organization of the first Info Day of the project InoPlaCe, hosted in Milan on the 5th of December, Milano Metropoli Development Agency started the path to involve both the operators, promoters and managers of services to support young innovators and enterprise creation in Lombardy, and a first group of creative young people and would-be entrepreneurs which will take part in the definition of a "virtual lab" to define a EU wide kit of optimal services to sustain entrepreneurship.

In the first phase the network will focus in the collection of local best practices, analyzing also its experience in managing enterprise incubator, start-up services, coaching services ecc. Every partner of the network and of the project will promote and transfer in its own sector and territory the selected best practices.

The InoPlace partnership: Regional Development Agency of South Bohemia  (CZ), Regional Development Agency Cleje (SI), Regional Development Agency "ARLEG" ( PL), Regional Development Agency Senec-Pezinok (SK), Milano Metropoli Agenzia di Sviluppo (IT), Pannon Novum Non-profit (HU), Europa Programme Centre (EPC) at governing body TIAW e.V. (DE) e CVVI-Centre for research, innovation and regional development (CZ).
